At TKM Engineering we use Citizen and Star CNC sliding head machines. These state of the art machines are equipped with live tooling and sub spindles. The live tooling allows us to cross drill, tap or form milling operation all in one cycle and the sub spindle allows us to finish a component if there is any rear work needed eg back drilled and tapped. With these operations combined we can manufacture a complex component in a short cycle time to keep cost low.
We can machine all types of material such as plastic, nylon, brass, mild steel, stainless steel, tool steel and much more. Manufacturing components from 1mm to 32mm in diameter.
With our new generation cnc machines we have invested in exclusive software which makes programming and set up easy and fast so we can manufacture small batch work or high volume components.
